The compassionate and capable veterinary team at the Village Animal Hospital in Larchmont is sometime our first stop when we rescue ailing dogs from the metropolitan NY area. Once our rescues get a clean bill of health, they are then transferred to the H.E.A.L. sanctuary....

Dr. Loretta Gallo is a graduate of the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. After practicing in England for one year, she returned home to New York. She is very happy to have found a home at Village Animal Hospital and has been here since 2004. She and her husband Fred live in Pelham with their three crazy, but wonderful dogs....
